What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dishes and cooking equipment
• operate the dish machine and wash items by hand
• maintain clean dishwater
• remove trash
• set up and break down the dish area
• clean mats, floors, and drains
• handle cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• follow safety procedures
• clean store and restroom areas as directed
• report dish machine problems
• and assist with ingredient or salad bar preparation as assigned.
