What you'll do

• Maintain, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair canning machinery
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• inspect equipment and diagnose mechanical issues
• use hand tools, power tools, welding, and torch-cutting equipment as required
• support equipment setup, changeovers, startup, and shutdown
• monitor product flow and respond to production interruptions
• coordinate with production, maintenance, and Quality
• direct and train seasonal employees
• reinforce safety, food safety, quality, lockout/tagout, PPE, and housekeeping requirements
• report hazards and quality concerns.
