What you'll do

• Lead shifts through preparation, communication, and follow-through
• drive sales through guest experiences

• support scheduling, inventory, ordering, and cost control
• maintain restaurant safety and readiness
• conduct table visits and walkthroughs
• resolve guest concerns
• uphold food and beverage quality standards
• support hiring, onboarding, training, and development
• complete opening and closing duties
• ensure responsible alcohol service and food safety.
