Senior Systems Engineer (Production Support)

What you'll do

• Provide day-to-day operational support for complex application cloud systems
• detect, isolate, document, report, and resolve outages
• restore system operation and develop workarounds
• respond to user hardware and software issues and escalate when needed
• maintain and install computing infrastructure
• document issues and system procedures
• maintain system asset inventory
• ensure compliance with VA standards and security policies
• provide training
• collaborate across development, operations, and security teams.
