Gate House Attendant

The Gate House Attendant role is onsite in Dallas, TX; compensation is not specified. The Member Care Team is the first and last point of contact for Dallas Country Club members and guests and helps create a welcoming, safe environment. The attendant greets and assists members and guests, responds to questions, maintains gate access information, and patrols designated areas. The role supports member service and the club’s visible safety presence, while coordinating maintenance requests and assisting with events as needed.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer questions and provide directions
• maintain the gate access database
• verify and notify staff about approved reciprocal requests
• process maintenance requests
• patrol designated areas
• maintain an alert presence
• report equipment failures
• assist with first aid or emergencies if needed
• support special events as needed
• complete activity reports
• operate a two-way radio, closed-circuit camera system, and golf cart.
