What you'll do

• Maintain distribution operations and enforce operational and personnel procedures
• review operational reports and performance metrics
• ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient workflows
• comply with warehousing, material-handling, and shipping requirements
• monitor safety procedures
• conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile records
• maintain warehouse condition and equipment
• schedule and assign employees
• coordinate administrative activities and ensure SOPs are followed.
