What you'll do
- Lead and oversee ABA treatment plans for clients ages 2–14, analyzing data and updating programs
- supervise RBTs and provide feedback and training
- conduct caregiver training
- complete biannual or funding-source-required progress reports
- conduct skills and behavioral assessments
- perform initial assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as needed.
