Sports Coordinator, Flag Football

Job overview

The Sports Coordinator, Flag Football role is onsite in Raeford, NC; pay is $13.50–$14.50 per hour. The position supports i9 Sports players, parents, and coaches during practices and games. The role exists to deliver the instructional aspects of the youth sports experience, support volunteer coaches, and oversee the designated sport on game day while promoting safety, sportsmanship, and fun.

What you'll do

• Empower volunteer coaches to lead practices focused on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• teach and demonstrate core concepts and sportsmanship values
• supervise the designated sport’s game-day operation
• build relationships with players, parents, and coaches
• observe, assess, and assist coaches
• help ensure player safety.
