Manager, IT Compliance & Vendor Management

Job overview

The Manager, IT Compliance & Vendor Management role is remote in a major metro area in Canada or the United States, with compensation of $120,000–$175,000 per year. The Landline Company is building transportation infrastructure that connects air and ground travel and brings airport services closer to travelers. This manager builds and operates the cybersecurity control program while overseeing the managed service provider responsible for day-to-day IT operations. The role helps meet internal risk requirements and security obligations from airline and airport partners through control governance, vendor oversight, evidence, and incident readiness.

What you'll do

• Maintain controls mapped to NIST CSF 2.0
• administer Vanta
• test controls and track remediation
• manage policies and the enterprise risk register
• coordinate security-review and audit evidence
• administer security awareness training
• oversee MSP service levels, contract lifecycle, access administration, and control evidence
• manage vendor intake, inventory, and assurance reviews
• maintain incident response and business continuity documentation
• report program metrics and performance to executives.
