The Registered Nurse (RN), Home Health role is an onsite, in-home position serving Lubbock, TX, and surrounding areas. Compensation is $50–$120 per visit. The PRN position provides one-on-one care to patients in their homes through Varco Home Health. The nurse assesses patients, delivers skilled nursing care, and develops and follows individualized care plans. Patient and caregiver education, progress monitoring, and accurate documentation support safe, patient-centered care at home.

What you'll do

• Perform in-home patient assessments
• develop and follow individualized care plans
• provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication support, catheter care, and chronic disease management
• educate patients and caregivers on home care and safety
• monitor patient progress and update care plans
• complete timely and accurate documentation.

Why this role
