Frontline Training and Development Coordinator

The Frontline Training and Development Coordinator is an onsite, full-time position in Gonzales, TX, paying $18–$22 per hour and requiring regular travel between CHCSCT locations. The role supports frontline Customer Service Representatives and works with Lead CSRs, clinic leadership, Eligibility, Quality Improvement, and other teams at Community Health Centers of South Central Texas. The coordinator strengthens frontline performance by teaching and coaching staff, translating audit findings into practical learning, and improving the accuracy, consistency, and patient-friendliness of healthcare workflows.

What you'll do

• Train and coach new and existing frontline staff
• conduct chart, registration, eligibility, and workflow audits
• turn findings into training and coaching
• partner with Lead CSRs and frontline teams to strengthen workflows
• support policy, program, system, and workflow rollouts
• maintain training materials and procedures
• share trends and compliance concerns with relevant teams and leadership.
