What you'll do

• Provide friendly, professional service

• help guests select reservations and treatments, including offering multiple bookings and upsells
• communicate changes, cancellations, and additions to back-of-house leadership
• follow health and safety standards
• process transactions and adjustments in Book4Time
• complete assigned duties and daily checklists.
