What you'll do
- Complete monthly face-to-face nursing assessments
- review lab results, physician orders, medication records, and health records
- delegate and supervise unlicensed support staff
- document assessments and billing notes
- manage an assigned caseload
- provide direct nursing care when needed
- coordinate care plans and communicate health and safety issues
- administer prescribed medications and treatments
- educate individuals and staff
- and participate in the health services on-call rotation.
