Studio Manager — Rockville

What you'll do

• Oversee studio operations, revenue streams, member acquisition and retention, and staff development
• generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking
• schedule prospects for introductory classes
• sell memberships
• manage staff schedules and inventory
• supervise sales representatives and instructors
• review instructor evaluations
• handle customer service decisions and outstanding dues
• maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• coordinate community events and promotions.
