What you'll do

• Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
• provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentorship
• monitor resident care plans for quality and compliance
• assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination
• respond to emergencies and provide hands-on clinical support as needed
• partner with administration on resident satisfaction and clinical outcomes
• ensure adherence to regulatory and facility policies.
