What you'll do

• Work with the kitchen team and follow company procedures and food-safety policies
• prepare and maintain the workstation
• prepare ingredients according to recipes and guidelines
• steam vegetables and perform basic cooking
• label, cover, store, and rotate ingredients
• monitor food levels and restock
• clean utensils and equipment
• record stock levels
• remove trash and clear storage bins.
