What you'll do

• Complete 12 hours of onsite visits per month
• monitor residents’ nutritional needs with the clinical team
• provide nutrition education and contribute to MDS work and nutrition assessments
• guide dining services, meal rounds, and sanitation practices
• support regulatory compliance
• train and advise dining managers and staff
• assist with policy development and monitor nutritional care systems.
