The role also supports a smooth, member-focused process through staff guidance, escalations, reporting, and workflow improvements.

What you'll do

• Supervise daily mortgage operations
• guide, support, and train staff
• review loan documents and borrower data, calculate ratios, and resolve discrepancies
• order and review credit reports, appraisals, surveys, and title commitments
• prepare loan documentation and adverse action notices
• track processing and closing timelines
• handle escalations and second-level reviews
• administer mortgage systems and reporting, including compliance and MERS reports
• handle reconveyance, payoff, and subordination requests
• recommend workflow improvements.
