Job overview

The GC2 Navigator role is onsite in Dallas, TX; compensation is not specified. Texas Baptists is a convention of more than 5,300 Baptist churches, and active membership in a supportive church is a condition of employment. The Navigator guides churches and church leaders through a customized, prayerful discovery process to strengthen GC2 faithfulness, church health, and ministry collaboration. The role also coordinates resources and facilitators and maintains relationships across the Texas Baptists network.

What you'll do

• Promote and facilitate the GC2 Discovery Process
• coordinate related resource development, follow-up, and contract facilitators
• build relationships with ministry staff, pastors, church leaders, and partners
• provide occasional church consulting and referrals
• support regional congregations with resources
• complete administrative and budget tasks
• engage pastors in identifying emerging ministry leaders.
