What you'll do

• Prepare menu foods using grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching, or pantry methods
• apply sauces to entrees
• keep the workstation clean
• assist coworkers
• store food properly
• keep items stocked and equipment in working condition
• close down workstations
• report equipment safety failures, hazards, and accidents
• clean and sanitize work and public spaces
• attend meetings and complete assigned follow-up
• may assist with special events or parties.
