Regional Continuous Improvement Manager

What you'll do

• Translate business priorities into floor-level improvement initiatives
• lead improvement across production, filling, cylinder processing, reclamation, and lab operations
• identify bottlenecks and improve throughput, turnaround time, productivity, yield, material flow, scheduling, and asset use
• support incident investigations and corrective actions
• implement standard work and daily management systems
• lead root-cause analysis and Kaizen projects
• reduce waste and costs
• support capital improvements
• coach teams in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain
• report progress to site leadership
• oversee one direct report supporting Bowling Green and Canada.
