The role manages full-cycle recruiting for sales, field service, technical, and operational positions across multiple locations. It builds candidate pipelines, partners with hiring managers, maintains recruiting records and metrics, and supports timely hiring while maintaining candidate quality.

What you'll do

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• recruit sales, field service, operations, and branch leadership candidates
• build proactive pipelines and engage passive candidates
• partner with hiring managers on intake, strategy, and timelines
• maintain ATS records and documentation
• monitor recruiting metrics
• ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
• identify process improvements.
