Production Associate I — 2nd Shift

The Production Associate I — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Lexington, NC. Compensation is $16 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential. The associate performs assembly and material-flow tasks to help produce quality windows and doors safely, reduce waste, and meet customer delivery needs. The role also supports standard-work improvements, workplace safety, and coworker training.

What you'll do

• Operate hand tools
• assemble, lift, pick, and pack products
• follow clean-up times and safe work practices
• work to established production rates
• participate in improving standard work and product quality
• identify and communicate problems
• assist with coworker training
• perform other plant duties as directed
• wear required personal protective equipment
• lift at least 50 pounds and work extended hours or weekends as business needs require.
