What you'll do

• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, superintendents, safety officers, field personnel, estimators, and project managers
• manage reports, budgets, material and work schedules, and equipment purchases
• process change-order requests and project documents
• prepare submittals
• review and prepare operations and maintenance manuals
• represent the company professionally
• make frequent site visits.
