Leasing Agent

The Leasing Agent role is full-time and onsite at the Slate at 901 community in Knoxville, TN. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Yugo operates student housing communities designed to support students’ living experiences and success. The agent manages leasing and marketing activities, supports resident relations, and helps prospective residents move from inquiry through lease execution and move-in. The role contributes to occupancy and resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing standards and applicable regulations.

What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community tours
• respond to inquiries
• process applications, deposits, and lease agreements
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• maintain leasing records and reports
• support renewals and resident retention
• assist with marketing, outreach, and community events
• monitor local market and competitor trends
• coordinate service requests with maintenance
• help maintain community presentation
• support operations and team initiatives, including evenings and weekends as needed.
