The Restaurant Supervisor II role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $17–$22 per hour. The role helps maintain consistent restaurant operations by guiding team members, enforcing policies, supporting training, and monitoring service, food safety, inventory, and cash procedures. It contributes to guest satisfaction and operational goals across the assigned shift.

What you'll do

• Support the General Manager and direct operations when the General Manager is absent
• assist in all positions as needed
• maintain guest-first service and Ops Scorecard goals
• address customer cases within 24 hours
• train team members
• conduct weekly QSC self-evaluations
• assist with inventory, ordering, cash handling, food-cost control, staffing, interviews, and pre-shift huddles
• complete Zenput tasks and safety logs.

Why this role

Works varying shifts from week to week and may be assigned to a different restaurant location within the market based on business needs. Maximum 40 hours per week unless approved by the Area Coach; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
