The Mechanical Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Bowling Green, OH, with compensation of $37.10–$38.10 per hour. The technician maintains manufacturing equipment and facility systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations. The role diagnoses equipment problems, performs repairs and preventive maintenance, and supports machine changeovers and continuous improvement. Accurate maintenance records and communication with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership help keep production equipment operating effectively.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems
• diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• repair or replace mechanical components
• perform machine changeovers, setups, adjustments, and die changes
• complete preventive maintenance and suggest process improvements
• participate in machine walk-throughs and TPM activities
• record parts, materials, and labor
• support training as needed
• follow lockout/tagout and other safety requirements
• communicate equipment status and priorities.
