What you'll do

• Develop marriage ministry vision, strategy, systems, and recurring environments
• train and coordinate Hudsonville volunteer teams and support implementation at other campuses
• recommend parent resources with the family ministry team
• manage membership and baptism processes
• plan and coordinate adult discipleship classes
• teach and write content
• lead the Multiply step of the Discipleship Pathway
• train teachers, facilitators, and small-group leaders
• partner with the Small Groups Pastor on training content
• identify and equip future leaders.
