Senior Estimator — Design-Build

The Senior Estimator — Design-Build role is onsite in West Sacramento, CA. Compensation is $110,000–$140,000 per year, depending on experience. Clark Pacific manufactures prefabricated building systems and works with project partners to deliver building projects. The estimator plans and executes project estimates, coordinating with Sales, Business Development, Operations, and project teams. By developing complete cost estimates, bids, and handoff materials and identifying risks and value-engineering opportunities, the role supports sound project decisions and margin goals.

What you'll do

• Evaluate project scope and required detail
• support conceptual budgets and takeoffs
• review drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents
• prepare quantity surveys, material summaries, labor estimates, and cost estimates
• obtain cost information and subcontractor quotations
• review vendor quotations
• prepare proposals, bid breakdowns, inclusions, clarifications, and exclusions
• lead pre-submittal reviews
• prepare customer submittals and project handoffs
• organize estimating teams
• update Salesforce
• support negotiations and project cost reviews.
