Brand Advocate

The Brand Advocate role is onsite in Chandler, AZ, with flexible work-from-home options available; compensation is $17–$20 per hour. The NOW Chandler is a boutique wellness destination offering massage services and customized enhancements. The role represents the brand in the local community and carries out marketing activities intended to increase awareness, guest engagement, and membership growth. It coordinates partnerships, events, social content, and promotional efforts with the General Manager, Owner, and corporate team.

What you'll do

• Represent the brand at events and partnership activations
• coordinate in-person and online marketing events with other brands
• educate potential customers and encourage bookings and membership
• attend monthly Chamber of Commerce events
• identify and contact potential influencers and coordinate boutique visits
• create and post to the boutique Facebook page
• work with guests on social posts, reels, and stories
• follow brand standards
• review effort and partnership results against established KPIs with the Owner and General Manager.
