Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional role is onsite across North Mankato, Mankato, and Eagle Lake, MN. Compensation is $18 per hour. Harry Meyering Center supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and community. The role provides individualized support with personal care and daily living, encourages independence and personal goals, and helps people participate in community activities while following health, safety, and privacy guidelines.

What you'll do

• Provide respectful individualized care
• assist with dressing, bathing, and feeding
• support cooking, cleaning, and laundry
• participate in community outings
• follow health, safety, and HIPAA guidelines
• complete documentation and assigned tasks.
