What you'll do

• Lead daily operations at the equestrian center, barns, stables, and arenas
• coordinate stable staff, maintenance personnel, vendors, and contractors
• oversee facility upkeep, groundskeeping, and preventative maintenance
• support event setup and breakdown
• conduct inspections and address safety concerns
• manage equipment, supplies, and inventory
• coordinate repairs, work orders, and facility improvement projects.
