What you'll do
- Supervise nursing care
- participate in developing and reviewing resident care plans and treatments
- plan, schedule, and revise MDS processes, including RAPs and Triggers
- conduct daily rounds
- review nurses' notes
- participate in discharge-plan reviews
- delegate, train, evaluate, and support nursing personnel
- provide direct nursing care as needed
- assist the Director of Nursing and fill in as needed
- recommend improvements to procedures and practices.
