Process Technician - Injection Molding

The Process Technician is an onsite role based in Mora, MN, with a pay range of $24.00–$30.00 per hour. This position supports the manufacturing operations of Commercial Plastics Company, an injection molding firm serving the food, consumer goods, and appliance industries. The role exists to optimize press performance, reduce downtime, and ensure high-quality production standards. The technician troubleshoots molding processes, performs machine startups, and provides technical support to machine operators to meet plant goals.

What you'll do

• Ensures company standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are met.
• Performs startups on standard processes following master cycles.
• Works with machine operators to ensure molded components meet requirements.
• Monitors process control boards for efficiency.
• Troubleshoots molding process issues and makes adjustments.
• Operates forklift, hoist, and overhead crane.
