The Master Installer is an onsite role based in Alexandria, VA. This role serves as the highest-level technical expert, leading complex installation projects and providing field subject matter expertise. The Master Installer is responsible for performing high-quality residential installations, mentoring team members, and establishing best practices to ensure consistent, premium results for homeowners.

What you'll do

• Lead complex window and door installation projects
• perform removal, installation, trim, capping, and sealing
• provide technical guidance and coaching to Lead Installers
• develop and promote installation best practices
• resolve jobsite challenges
• communicate with homeowners and internal teams
• complete post-installation service work
• maintain jobsite documentation and quality records.
