What you'll do

• Develop, implement, monitor, track, and report quality assurance projects and initiatives
• review charts for service utilization and regulatory compliance
• support staff with denial reconsiderations and documentation concerns
• track review findings and report trends
• maintain and report on the Quality Improvement Plan
• coordinate peer review
• educate staff on documentation and HIPAA requirements
• perform direct patient care as needed.
