The Warfighter Integration Cell Embed role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, paying $160,000–$200,000 per year. The position supports the Space Development Agency and embeds with USSPACECOM and NORAD/NORTHCOM staffs to facilitate integration of proliferated warfighter space capabilities. The role connects space capabilities with joint operational planning, testing, and adoption. It provides operational and technical expertise, coordinates demonstrations and evaluations, and documents lessons that inform fielding and subsequent deployments.

What you'll do

• Support program transitions and operational integration
• assist with tactics, techniques, and procedures development
• plan integration of SDA capabilities into combatant command plans
• liaise with host organizations and secure SDA participation in plans and operations
• support operational test and evaluation
• conduct briefings and training orientations
• analyze outcomes and document root causes
• prepare lessons learned
• coordinate demonstrations and test activities
• support ground-system planning and operational evaluations.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree, active TS clearance with SCI, SAP, and NC2 eligibility, and at least 15 years of recent relevant Department of War acquisitions or operations and planning experience. A master’s degree and senior retired space-operator experience are preferred.
