What you'll do

• Lead Agile projects from inception through completion
• facilitate sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• coach teams in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
• manage government and contractor stakeholders
• translate mission requirements into backlogs and delivery plans
• adapt Agile frameworks to DoD programs
• monitor metrics and risks
• maintain rapid iteration and feedback loops.
