The Mobile Diesel Mechanic is an onsite role based in Streamwood, IL. This role exists to ensure the operational readiness of the company fleet through routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs. The mechanic contributes to the company's mission by performing diagnostic tests and addressing equipment deficiencies to keep vehicles in safe, compliant condition.

What you'll do

• Comply with all safe work practices and policies.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on company-owned equipment.
• Correct equipment deficiencies as directed by management.
• Travel to various locations to perform repairs.
• Complete all required paperwork for tracking maintenance schedules.
• Maintain active light duty or DQ driver status.
