Fleet Coordinator - Construction Services

What you'll do

• Maintain accurate records for company vehicles, trucks, and trailers.
• Coordinate preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Track vehicle mileage, registrations, and insurance.
• Monitor maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate vehicle assignments and transfers.
• Work with vendors and repair facilities.
• Review fleet invoices for accuracy.
• Support accident reporting and insurance documentation.
