The Assisted Living Manager role is onsite in Milwaukee, WI. Compensation is determined based on leadership experience, education, industry knowledge, and qualifications; the position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Azura Memory Care of Fox Point provides a household-style memory care community designed to support meaningful relationships and a familiar environment for residents. The role supports daily community operations, regulatory compliance, team engagement, and resident and family experience. It contributes to consistent, resident-centered care by coordinating departments, supporting operational planning and quality improvement, and coaching team members alongside the Executive Director.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Executive Director on daily operations
• maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• lead, coach, and support team members
• promote accountability, communication, and engagement
• assist with operational planning, budgeting, and quality improvement
• address resident and family questions or concerns
• coordinate priorities across departments
• identify opportunities to improve consistency and service quality.
