Pet Care Specialist / Dog Walker

The Pet Care Specialist / Dog Walker role is onsite across Cleveland and nearby communities in Ohio. Compensation is $11–$16 per hour. The position supports ExecuPets’ dog walking and in-home pet care services. The specialist provides individualized care while clients are away, including walks, home visits, feeding, and fresh water. The role helps pets remain safe and comfortable and keeps pet parents and the office informed through regular updates.

What you'll do

• Walk dogs individually or with up to two other dogs from the same household
• visit cats, dogs, or small animals in their homes
• feed pets, scoop litter boxes, refresh water, and provide care
• update the office and pet parents
• provide personalized care while owners are away.

Why this role

Part-time position with flexible weekday availability in one or more listed time blocks: 8 a.m.–12 p.m., 12 p.m.–4 p.m., or 4 p.m.–8 p.m. Evening, weekend, holiday, and last-minute visits are optional; commitment of at least 12 months required. Paid training access and Pet CPR/First Aid certification cost coverage are offered.
