Construction Project Coordinator – Middle Mile

What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for KDOT and manage project communication, meetings, reporting, documentation, and follow-up
• interpret Middle Mile contract requirements
• coordinate invoicing by reviewing completed work and supporting documentation and working with accounting on discrepancies
• track activity, milestones, deliverables, and reporting
• liaise among KDOT, leadership, operations, construction teams, contractors, and accounting
• monitor scope and contract changes and communicate potential impacts
• review maps, engineering plans, construction documents, and project records
• research discrepancies and risks
• prepare reports, presentations, and visual updates using tools such as Google Sheets and Slides
• provide additional project administration and coordination support.
