What you'll do

• Perform installation of security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to recommend appropriate security solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to identify root causes.
• Conduct thorough system testing and educate customers on equipment functionality.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including service tickets and inventory reports.
