The Communications Manager, Stevens Pass position is onsite at the resort in Leavenworth, WA. Compensation is $82,000–$93,000 per year plus an annual bonus. The role supports Stevens Pass and the broader West Region Communications team in building the reputation of the resort, Vail Resorts, and the Epic Pass. The manager leads strategic communications, media relations, social media, and issues and crisis communications. By advising resort leaders, serving as a spokesperson, and coordinating storytelling across teams and channels, the role supports resort business goals and brand awareness.

What you'll do

• Lead strategic communications and storytelling through earned and owned media
• direct resort social media strategy and content development and oversee the Content Specialist
• coordinate photo and video capture and maintain the content library
• manage media hosting and influencer and ambassador programs
• build media relationships and provide interview support
• act as resort spokesperson and prepare leaders
• develop internal and external messaging
• coordinate with regional communications and resort marketing teams
• manage media lists, tracking, and reporting
• maintain reasonable on-call availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
