What you'll do

• Reconcile customer accounts and research short payments, deductions, and unapplied cash
• monitor aging and apply credits
• complete billing for orders not automatically billed
• review invoicing exceptions and authorize billing
• resolve billing issues with customers and internal teams
• manage a portfolio of accounts and conduct collections outreach
• analyze aging reports, negotiate payment plans, and escalate high-risk accounts
• support process improvements, compliance, and month-end close.
