What you'll do

• Provide weekly one-hour home-based family therapy sessions using the FFT model
• carry a caseload of 10–12 families for services lasting eight to 26 weeks
• engage referred families within 48 business hours and complete initial face-to-face contact within seven business days
• establish respectful partnerships with families
• intervene when needed to protect family members
• coordinate with referral sources and service providers
• submit weekly referral reports
• participate in staffing, meetings, and supervision
• update progress data
• provide up to three qualifying post-discharge booster sessions
• participate in community events
• and drive daily for meetings or sessions. A master’s degree in a related clinical field, two years of direct clinical experience, a valid Florida driver’s license, and auto insurance are required.
