What you'll do

• Direct, supervise, and mentor crew members
• coordinate with project managers and design-team members
• lay out jobsites and establish elevations and excavation depth
• communicate staffing needs
• prepare supply and material lists and timelines
• track project costs, budgets, progress, and profitability
• maintain daily Procore logs and progress photos
• review plans and coordinate subcontractor schedules and material lead times
• maintain safe, clean jobsites
• complete punch lists and repairs
• participate in architect walkthroughs and home handoffs
• perform carpenter or finish-carpenter duties as required.
