Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete housekeeping, maintenance, painting, and unit-turn work orders
• repair and maintain plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• respond to resident work orders
• rehabilitate apartments to rent-ready condition
• inspect facilities for maintenance needs and hazards
• collaborate with maintenance staff on work orders and emergency repairs
• respond to on-call emergencies according to scheduled responsibility.
