Surface-Mount Technology Operator

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, tear down, and clean automated SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens
• document machine setup, feeder exchanges, and first-article inspection results
• visually inspect assemblies
• maintain a clean work area
• communicate machine status and errors
• collaborate on quality and performance improvements.
